Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of information submitted to Thulin Sites or connected through Meta.
How to request deletion
Email ethanathulin@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include your name, business name, email address, phone number if used, and any details that help us find your request. Do not send sensitive payment information.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize website request records, internal preview notes, and related contact details that we reasonably control, unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or service-record purposes.
Meta data
If you interacted with a Thulin Sites Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may also hold information under its own systems and policies. You can manage or delete Meta account information through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request, we will reply to the email you provide.
